Scope
This policy applies to paid services and programs from Merge Leading Edge Private Limited (for example the Discovery Sprint, MVP Launch Studio and Product Engineering Partner). Where a signed proposal or agreement says something different, the signed document applies.
Before work starts
You can cancel at no cost before the agreed start date. Any advance paid is refunded in full, less payment-gateway charges, within 7 working days of your request.
Fixed-scope programs
Fixed-scope work (such as a Discovery Sprint) is delivered in stages. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the stages completed and work in progress up to the cancellation date; any amount paid beyond that is refunded within 7 working days.
Milestone and monthly engagements
Milestone payments cover the work in that milestone. Monthly engagements can be ended with the notice period in the agreement; the final month is charged pro rata to the notice end date. Work delivered and accepted is not refundable.
If something isn't right
If a deliverable does not meet the acceptance criteria agreed in writing, tell us within 10 working days of delivery. We will fix it at no extra cost. If we cannot, we will refund the fee for that deliverable.
Third-party costs
Third-party costs you approved (for example hosting, licences or app-store fees) are passed through at cost and follow the third party's own refund terms.
How to request
