Founder StudioFrom first idea to live product

You don't need a team, a technical background or a perfect pitch deck. Start with what you know. We'll help you work out what to validate, what to build and what comes next.

Where is your idea today?

Pick the stage that sounds most like you. It's a suggestion, not a funnel: you can choose any program or simply talk to us.

Suggested starting point

Discovery Sprint

Test whether the problem is real, who has it and what they'd pay, before anything is built. You leave with a written decision.

What you actually get

  • A problem statement you can defend. Who has the problem, how often and what it costs them
  • A validation plan. The riskiest assumptions and the cheapest way to test each one
  • A decision memo. Advance, investigate further, pivot or stop, with the reasoning
  • A clickable prototype. Tested with real users before engineering starts
  • A working product. With the code, documentation and credentials in your name
  • A runbook. How the product is deployed, monitored and supported

Deliverables depend on the program. Each program page lists what is included and what is not.

How engagement works

From your first message to handover, every step is visible and every commitment is written down.

Founder stories, when they're ready

We publish founder and product examples only with permission and evidence. Until then, you can see what we have built ourselves.

Do I need a technical co-founder?

No. You don't need a team, a technical background or a perfect pitch deck to begin. Part of our work is helping you understand what technical capability your idea actually needs.

Will my idea be kept confidential?

We treat what you share as confidential and can sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions. The terms are set out in the written agreement.

What does a typical project cost?

It depends on the stage and the scope. We don't publish prices yet: every program is scoped and priced in writing after a short qualification call, so you know the cost before you commit.

Who owns the IP?

Ownership is agreed in writing before work begins. For product builds, handover includes repository access, documentation and credentials.

Can you help with funding?

Our programs help you decide what to build and then build it. Fundraising introductions are not included, and we never promise funding.

How long does it take?

A Discovery Sprint is short and fixed-scope. An MVP depends on scope and integrations. Timelines are confirmed when the scope is.

Describe your idea

A few lines is enough. A person reads it and replies with a suggested starting point.
